Overview

Linden House is a hospitality group creating small hotels and guest spaces with a strong sense of place. The team needed a brand that could work across several properties while leaving each location enough room to feel distinct. The project focused on building a flexible identity system, a clearer voice, and a digital structure that could support both the group and its individual destinations.

Challenge

The challenge was avoiding the sameness that often appears in boutique hospitality brands. Linden House wanted warmth and polish, but not another identity built only around soft colors, lifestyle photography, and familiar travel language. We shaped the brand around thoughtful hosting, local rhythm, and small details that make a stay feel personal without turning the experience into a concept.

Impact

The final system gives Linden House a stronger group identity while allowing each property to develop its own character. The website helps visitors understand the difference between locations, the brand language feels more useful for guest communication, and the visual system gives the team room to expand. The result is a hospitality brand that feels welcoming, organized, and quietly memorable.
